The Project

This landparcel is located on a main road into Natal city with 300mts of road frontage.It is less than 5minutes into the town center of Macaiba with all amenities,10minutes from the outskirts of the city and 10minutes from the new international airport.The land covers 10hectares with 50% buildable,the rest as common land in a beautiful tropical setting and  river at the outer edges.140,2-bed homes have been designated for the project.
